Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is Spanish4all?

Spanish4all is an online Spanish school which uses an interactive and easy-to-use software (not Skype) to deliver classes through videoconference.

How does Spanish4all work?

Fill in the form that you will find in the “Contact us” section of the web page or send us a message via our social media, indicating the course you would like to study, your level in spanish, the number of classes you would like to have and finally what day and time you would like to attend these classes. A professor will contact you via e-mail in order to organize a trial session. This trial session will allow you to meet the professor, to see how Spanish4all works and to decide if you like the class. The professor will also evaluate your level in spanish and will advise you about the course that best meets your needs. If you would like to continue with the classes, you will coordinate with the professor the day and time you desire to have your classes.

What equipment do I need in order to join an online class?

All you need is a PC or laptop with an internet connection, a microphone and speakers or headphones. We will send you an e-mail with instructions for installing the necessary software after you fill in the form you will find at the section “Contact us”.

Do I need to use a webcam during the class?

We advise you to turn on your webcam during the class to allow for better communication between the teacher and the student. Students usually feel more comfortable if they can see the teacher and body language is an important part of communications.

However, the webcam is not obligatory and we will respect the student’s decision not to use it during the class.

Can time difference be a problem?

No, we always find a time convenient for both, the teacher and the students; but in any case, students’ preferences are our priority.
